ReVision Learning has expanded its service for districts in support of teacher evaluation. We now are supporting nine CT districts through a comprehensive process as they develop new systems of educator evaluation in alignment with State Department Core Requirements. Two additional districts continue to work with us on key implementation components including readiness for shifts in instruction and assessment with CCSS and SBAC and validation of classroom observations.

Our process not only assures alignment but also generates the on-going communication and training that ensures a deep understanding of practice and a smoother transition into implementation.
Over the next few months we begin work with each of our districts on Evaluator Training including calibration to their selected framework of teaching and learning, and essential skills for quality feedback and support.
